ITC Acquires Full Ownership of Yoga Bar Maker Sproutlife

ITC is a large company that owns businesses in several areas.

It bought the part of Sproutlife Foods that it did not already own.

Sproutlife makes food products sold under the Yoga Bar name.

ITC paid about ₹645 crore for the remaining 52.5% stake.

This means ITC now owns all of Sproutlife.

Yoga Bar sells many products online and is also growing in physical stores.

Its products include bars, muesli, oats and protein items.

ITC said the purchase will help strengthen its food business.
