Her friend Carmen Spagnola lives in the Okanagan area.

The fire burned Carmen's farm and her animals were lost too.

Freida wanted to help her friend, so she shared a message on Instagram.

In her post, she asked people to watch videos of Carmen's farm taken before the fire.

Carmen's friends also made a special page called GoFundMe to collect money to help her rebuild.

Freida says Carmen is very strong even after losing so much.
