Goa MLA Calls for Stress Management in Syllabus After Campus Deaths
Some students at BITS Pilani's Goa campus have died recently.
Because of this, a politician wants the government to help students deal with stress.
He wants schools to teach students how to handle difficult feelings and not give up.
He believes schools should also offer counseling and support.
Another politician also wants the government to find out why students are stressed and if the schoolwork is too hard.

Goa MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco requested the Chief Minister to incorporate stress management in the higher education syllabus.
The request comes after four deaths were reported at BITS Pilani's Goa campus in nine months.
A 20-year-old student was found dead in his hostel room; the college said he 'passed away in his sleep'.
The institute initiated an internal inquiry after three suicides since December last year.
The Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Yuri Alemao, urged the government to address student suicides, suggesting syllabus review.
