A 25-year-old woman named Karina was about to have twin babies, a boy and a girl.

She went to a hospital in Kota, India, called JK Lone Hospital.

Her blood pressure was very high, so doctors did an operation called a C-section to deliver the babies.

The babies were born safely, but soon after the operation Karina became very sick.

The doctors said she had serious health problems called ARDS, DIC and postpartum eclampsia.

They said these problems caused her to pass away.

Karina's husband thinks something may have gone wrong with a fluid she was given.

The day before, another woman named Gangotri died at the same hospital.

The two deaths made many people worried and sad.

Doctors say they tried everything they could to save her.
