EOW Files C-Summary Reports In Three Lilavati Trust FIRs
Mumbai’s Economic Offences Wing investigated five cases involving the trust that runs Lilavati Hospital.
In three of those cases, investigators filed C-Summary reports.
This means they said the allegations could not be proven with enough evidence, but were not necessarily deliberately false.
A court must still decide whether to accept the reports.
