NBCC posts strong Q1 growth with EBITDA, PAT, PBT up
NBCC is a big construction company that builds offices, homes, and other important buildings.
Every few months, the company tells everyone how much money it made.
The company shared its results for the first three months of the new financial year.
In these three months, NBCC earned more money from its own work than it did last year.
Its earnings before tax and its profit after tax also went up.
This means the company made a bigger profit than before.
However, the money earned from all of its businesses together was a little less than last year.
The company says it has many projects lined up for the future.
It also plans to grow by building housing, helping government groups, and working in other countries.
So the company believes it will keep doing well.
NBCC's board approved Q1 FY 2026-27 financial results on August 11, 2026, for the quarter ended June 30.
Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 1,823.04 Cr from Rs. 1,656.77 Cr in Q1 FY 2025-26.
Consolidated revenue declined to Rs. 2,259.53 Cr from Rs. 2,392.49 Cr year-on-year.
Standalone PAT grew to Rs. 150.65 Cr from Rs. 114.08 Cr, while consolidated PAT rose to Rs. 158.01 Cr from Rs. 135.03 Cr.
The company cited a robust order book and a diversified strategy spanning redevelopment, PMC works, PSU land monetisation, real estate and overseas expansion.
