Revenue Department Begins Survey of Assigned Land Near KCR Farmhouse
Officials are checking who really has rights to 388 acres of land near K. Chandrashekar Rao’s farmhouse.
The land is in Erravelli in Siddipet district.
They are visiting the land and checking government records.
Notices are being sent to 215 people who claim parts of it.
Officials want to know how much land belongs to Scheduled Caste beneficiaries and whether anyone is occupying it unlawfully.

Residents of nearby Venkatapur say they also have rights to 138 acres and want older records examined.
Revenue officials began a four-phase survey of 388 acres in Survey No. 325 at Erravelli.
The first phase covers land claimed by 80 farmers, while notices are being issued to 215 claimants.
Officials will verify assigned-land extent, Scheduled Caste beneficiaries’ possession, non-SC possession and possible encroachments.
The exercise follows Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s order for a 30-day fact-finding inquiry.
