Three women who lived in a home in Kolkata have gone missing.
One of them is from Bangladesh, one is deaf and mute, and one is from Bihar in India.
The people who run the home waited almost three weeks before telling the police.
Police looked at security camera videos to find out what happened.
The videos show the three women leaving the home very early in the morning with their faces covered.
They used a key to unlock the gate before walking out.
The home's leaders think the women may have been taken by someone.

Police are scrutinising the home's authorities and have not ruled out the Bangladeshi woman fleeing via an illegal route.
