Veteran RSS Ideologue M.A. Krishnan Dies at 97 in Kochi
M.A. Krishnan was a senior RSS worker who worked for many years in Kerala.
He died at a hospital in Kochi at the age of 97.
He joined the RSS as a pracharak in 1954.
He later became the editor of a publication called Kesari.
He also helped create groups that organised cultural activities for children.
One of these groups was Balagokulam.
He helped make little Krishna and Krishna Jayanthi celebrations popular among children in Kerala.
BJP leader Rajeev Chandrasekhar said Krishnan’s work would inspire future generations.
