The handbook assesses youth opportunities across districts using 180 indicators from 27 government databases.
Visakhapatnam recorded Andhra Pradesh’s highest youth power score, with 60% of workers in regular salaried jobs.
Across the state, 46.4% of youth are in the labour force, while youth unemployment is 16.2%.
The report identifies graduate employment and women’s workforce participation as areas needing greater attention.
