India Defence Chief Vows Swift Response To Pakistan Threat
India’s top defence official said the country is staying ready for possible threats from Pakistan.
He said being prepared is the best way to discourage an attack or other dangerous action.
He promised that India could respond quickly and firmly if needed.

He described Operation Sindoor as a precise operation that met its objectives under clear political direction before India exited the conflict.
Subramani declined to comment on hypothetical military action involving Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey, saying India must prepare for any eventuality.
He called the India-China border situation stable and credited a whole-of-government approach for stability in the Kashmir Valley.
