A man named Sharad Bhimrao Gaikwad was riding on a motorcycle in Thane in 2018 when a fast truck hit them.
He got very badly hurt and passed away a few days later in the hospital.

His family went to a special court called a Motor Accident Claims Tribunal to get justice.
