Uttar Pradesh suspends headmistress after watery mid-day meal video

At a school in a place called Sitapur in India, children get a free lunch called a mid-day meal.

Someone took a video of the lunch and put it on the internet.

In the video, the curry looked very watery, with pieces of potato floating in it.

The video also showed flat bread, called rotis, falling on the floor.

One child picked a roti up from the floor and put it back on his plate.

Many people saw the video and were upset.

Because of this, the school's headmistress was told to stop working.

The cook was also fired.

The police registered a case against both of them.

The incident shows that some children were not getting a good, clean lunch.
