Prime Minister Narendra Modi started a campaign called 'Your Money, Your Right' to help people find and get back money that they have forgotten in banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, and from dividends.

He said there is a lot of money, like Rs 78,000 crore in banks and Rs 14,000 crore in insurance companies, that people have not claimed.

The government has made special websites to help people find their money.

So far, they have returned Rs 2,000 crore to people.

PM Modi asked everyone to check if they have any unclaimed money and use these websites or go to special camps in their districts to get their money back.
