A woman from Nagaland told police that a man touched her inappropriately at a Kolkata hotel.

The complainant told Pragati Maidan police; police registered a case under relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Police said the woman identified the accused from CCTV footage; investigators are reviewing footage, while treating an earlier hotel complaint as a separate case.
