Kerala Ministers Start Two-Day Strategic Retreat at IIM Kozhikode
Kerala’s chief minister and 20 ministers are attending a two-day meeting at IIM Kozhikode.
The meeting is called “Reimagining Keralam.”
They will think about how to improve the state’s future.
Ministers and teachers will share ideas and experiences.
They will discuss how artificial intelligence and other technology can help people.
Other topics include healthcare, jobs, climate change and education.
Experts from Japan and the United Kingdom are also joining the discussions.
The meeting is meant for open conversation, not for testing or grading the ministers.
Chief Minister V D Satheesan and 20 ministers began a two-day residential retreat at IIM Kozhikode.
The programme, titled “Reimagining Keralam,” aims to develop a new vision for the state.
Ministers will exchange practical experience with academics and learn about management, artificial intelligence and advanced technology.
Sessions will address climate resilience, healthcare, ageing, the economy, employment, education and global positioning.
Faculty and experts from Keio University and King’s College London are participating in the 2026 retreat.
