Cyberabad Police Restrict Gatherings Near PG Exam Centres
Cyberabad Police have made special rules for the PG entrance exams.
Groups of five or more people cannot gather close to an exam centre.
The restricted area extends 200 metres around each centre.
Photocopy and internet shops within 100 metres must also close temporarily.
Police and certain other officials working on duty are allowed to enter these areas.
Funeral processions are also exempt from the order.
The rules will apply from 6 a.m.
until 6 p.m.
on Sunday.
Anyone who breaks the order may face legal action.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M. Ramesh prohibited gatherings of five or more people within 200 metres of PG Entrance Examination 2026 centres.
The restrictions apply at all examination centres under the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate.
Photocopy and internet centres within 100 metres of an examination centre must remain closed.
Police, military personnel, home guards, education-department flying squads on duty, and funeral processions are exempt.
The order applies from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, with violations liable to prosecution under relevant law.
