Former Tribal Panel Member Seeks State Festival Status for Teej
Teej is an important festival for the Banjara tribal community.
Banjara women celebrate it during the month of Shravan.
The festival was held on Sunday near the Krishna River.

He asked the Andhra Pradesh government to make Teej an official State Festival.
