Byculla Zoo Hosts Bonsai & Origami Exhibition
The Byculla Zoo in Mumbai is hosting a special exhibition of Bonsai and Origami art.
This is the first time the BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) and the Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai have organized this together.
The exhibition is free for everyone to visit and is open from 10 am to 6 pm from November 28 to 30.
The Bonsai part of the exhibition shows small versions of different trees, while the Origami part shows art made from paper, like animals, birds, and flowers.
The exhibition was started by important people from the BMC and the Japanese Consulate.
They said it's a way to remember the 60-year friendship between Mumbai and Yokohama, which are sister cities.
