Ministers Inspect Medaram Temple Development Works
Important ministers and officials visited the Sammakka-Saralamma temple in Medaram to check on the big improvements being made.
These improvements include new floors, pillars, roads, and other things that will last for 200 years.
The ministers said that many more people are expected to visit the temple during the big festival called Maha Jatara.
They also made sure that all the work will be finished on time.
Additionally, traditional ceremonies were held to install important figures at the temple.

Ministers and key officials inspected the ongoing infrastructure projects at the Sammakka-Saralamma temple in Medaram.
Infrastructure projects include the renovation of temple platforms, stone flooring, bamboo-style pillars, compound wall, Chilukalagutta Road, Memorial Stupa, Jampanna Vagu, bathing ghats, RTC bus station, sandstone scripts, queue lines, Simha Dwaram, central lighting, approach roads, water tanks, and lighting projects.
The government anticipates a 200% higher turnout of devotees for the Maha Jatara (January 28-31) and has acquired 29 acres of land for road widening and open spaces.
Ministers issued a stern warning to officials and contractors to complete all works before the deadlines and invited other leaders to witness the transformation.
Traditional rites for the installation of Pagididda Raju and Govinda Raju were conducted at the temple, adhering to ancient tribal customs.
