Hyundai Launches Prime Taxi Range
Hyundai has introduced two new cars for taxi drivers and fleet operators in India.
These cars, called the Prime HB and Prime SD, are designed to be reliable and cost-effective.
They come with petrol and CNG options and have features like airbags, rear AC vents, and parking sensors.
The cars are priced starting at ₹5.99 lakh and ₹6.89 lakh respectively.
Customers can book them at Hyundai dealerships with a deposit of ₹5,000.
The company offers extended warranties and flexible payment plans for these vehicles.
The Prime HB is based on the Grand i10 NIOS, and the Prime SD is based on the Aura.
Both vehicles are built for taxi and fleet operations and come in three colors: Atlas White, Typhoon Silver, and Abyss Black.
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) launched the Prime Taxi range, including the Prime HB hatchback and Prime SD sedan, aimed at fleet operators and taxi drivers.
The Prime HB is priced from ₹5.99 lakh, and the Prime SD starts at ₹6.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bookings are open at Hyundai dealerships in India with a deposit of ₹5,000.
The vehicles are powered by a 1.2-litre Kappa four-cylinder engine with petrol and CNG options, offering fuel efficiency of 27.32 km/kg (Prime HB) and 28.40 km/kg (Prime SD) in CNG mode.
The Prime range comes with extended warranty options covering up to five years or 1.8 lakh kilometres, along with flexible finance tenures of up to 72 months.
