Shakib Al Hasan is one of Bangladesh's most famous cricket players.

He used to be the captain of the country's cricket team and also served as a member of parliament.

One night, some people threw a petrol bomb and bricks at his family's old home in a town called Magura.

The windows were broken and the house was damaged, but nobody was hurt.

This happened only hours after Shakib spoke at a press conference from Sri Lanka.

At that press conference, he appeared together with Sheikh Hasina, who used to be the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.

Some people in Bangladesh disagreed with that press conference and were upset about it.

The police came to protect the area and are now trying to find out who did this.

No one has been caught yet, and the reason for the attack is still not known.
