MHSRB Releases Provisional Merit Lists for Specialist Doctor Posts
A government board in Telangana helps hire doctors to work in government hospitals.
The board is called MHSRB.
It makes lists of people who want doctor jobs, based on how they did in the selection process.
It just released new lists for 10 different kinds of doctors.
These include eye doctors, skin doctors, ear-nose-throat doctors and psychiatrists.
The board wants to fill 1,616 doctor jobs in total.
With these new lists, work on 1,192 jobs is finished.
The doctors on the list are now invited to check their certificates.
They must bring their original papers, like their Aadhaar card, and two copies of each document.
The checking happens on August 13 and 14, and August 17 is a spare day for people who miss it.
The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) released provisional merit lists for civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts in 10 more departments.
The lists cover ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, forensic medicine, hospital administration, biochemistry and microbiology.
Recruitment work for 1,192 of the 1,616 notified civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts has now been completed.
Candidates were shortlisted for certificate verification in a 1:2 ratio against the notified vacancies.
Certificate verification is scheduled for August 13 and 14 at the Indian Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Vengal Raonagar, with August 17 as a reserve day.
