The attackers allegedly moved toward Makui Naga Village, where more gunfire was reported.

One person was reportedly hurt.

The area has experienced repeated clashes and road blockades involving Kuki and Naga villages.

The local authority blamed Kuki militants, but this claim has not been independently confirmed.
