Local elections are coming soon in Visakhapatnam.

Jana Sena Party leader Vamsi Krishna Srinivas said the YSR Congress Party is unlikely to win any seats in North Andhra.

He said the coalition government is bringing new development projects to Andhra Pradesh.

He also said the city does not have the water shortage described by the opposition.

Srinivas said planned data centres would have separate water pipelines and allocations.

YSR Congress Party spokesperson B.S. Krishna disagreed with him.

Krishna said people in several parts of the city are struggling to get drinking water.

He asked elected representatives to visit those areas and speak with residents.

Krishna also predicted that his party would win most seats in the city corporation elections.
