Ratnaveer Precision Engineering wants to raise money by selling new shares to some of its existing investors.

Its share price recently reached ₹282.50, its highest level so far.

Ratnaveer is also building a factory in Vadodara to make Copper Clad Laminate, a material used in circuit boards.

The factory is about 60% finished, and the first production line is planned for November 2026.

The company reported higher sales, operating earnings and profit in the first quarter of FY27.

Ratnaveer says the new money will help fund its expansion and new factory.
