Riders beat Tigers by 36 runs in Delhi Premier League

In cricket, two teams take turns hitting a ball and running to score points called runs.

The East Delhi Riders and the New Delhi Tigers played a game in the Delhi Premier League.

The Riders batted first and scored 192 runs.

Then the Tigers tried to score 193 runs to win.

But the Riders bowled very well and stopped them.

The Tigers could only score 156 runs before all their players were out.

So the Riders won the game by 36 runs.

The game was played at a big stadium in New Delhi called Arun Jaitley Stadium.

That stadium will also host games between India and Afghanistan soon.
