India Passes Bill, Faces Darjeeling Clashes, China Border Talk, Rajneesh Return
The Indian parliament passed a new law that lets the government hide reports from a special investigation if it says it’s safer for the country.

Rajneesh, the controversial spiritual leader, returned to India after being rejected by other countries, arriving in Bombay via a private jet from Lisbon.
