Held for remarks against women protesters, Kerala political commentator gets bail · indianexpress.com

A man named T.G. Mohandas makes videos on the internet.

In his videos he said mean and harmful things about students who were protesting peacefully at a place called Jantar Mantar in Delhi.

He also said the police should shoot the protesters and that some of them should be hurt badly.

Many people were very upset about his words.

The police arrested him in Kochi and brought him to a city called Thiruvananthapuram.

A court there gave him bail, so he can go free for now, but he must follow rules and help with the investigation.

The police did not want him released because they thought he might destroy evidence.
