Hyderabad Auto Driver Killed in Rs 20 Fare Dispute

A 42-year-old auto-rickshaw driver in Hyderabad had an argument with a passenger about money.

The fare was Rs 20, but the passenger did not have the exact change.

The driver also could not provide change for the larger notes she offered.

The woman called her son after the argument.

Later, the driver was reportedly called to a hotel to discuss the matter.

Three people allegedly attacked him there.

He suffered fits and became unconscious during the beating.

He was taken to a hospital, where doctors said he had already died.

Police registered a murder case and took two suspects into custody.
