Two men named Nazim and Kasim were found guilty by a lower court and sent to jail for the rest of their lives.

The person who was killed was Ankit Sharma, an officer who worked for India's Intelligence Bureau.

Now Nazim and Kasim have gone to a bigger court, called the Delhi High Court, to ask for a different decision.

The Delhi High Court sent a notice to the Delhi Police, asking the police to respond to what Nazim and Kasim said.

The Delhi Police also told the court that it wants to challenge the decision to set six other people free.
