Dalits allege caste slurs at Rajasthan school Independence Day event
On India's Independence Day, some people went to a school celebration in a village in Rajasthan.
Two men named Rameshwarlal Bairwa and Gopilal Bairwa were sitting on chairs at the event.
They say other people told them to get off the chairs and sit on the floor.
Those people used mean words about their caste, which is called caste discrimination.
The Bairwas felt hurt and insulted by what happened.
They went to the police and made a complaint.
The police in Rajasthan have now registered an FIR, which is an official report of a possible crime.
The police will look into what happened at the school.
