Hanamkonda Maths Teacher Trained as Resource Person for Career Guidance

A math teacher named Srinivas from Hanamkonda learned new skills at a special training program in Mysuru.

This program teaches teachers how to help students think about future jobs, especially jobs that use special skills or involve starting a business.

Srinivas learned a lot and is now a special helper, called a resource person, for the state of Telangana.

He believes this training will help him guide his students better.

He also thinks it's important for teachers to get this kind of training to make sure new education rules, like the National Education Policy, are followed well in schools.
