Delhi High Court Seeks Replies in Saurav Das Privacy Suit

Das alleges that his residential address and other personal details were published and repeatedly shared online.
He has sought injunctions, content removal and damages exceeding Rs 2 crore for alleged violations of his privacy, dignity and security.
Das alleges that The Pamphlet entered his shared home without permission on August 5 and posted a video that received more than 2.1 million views.
The court was told that X had removed posts showing Das’ address, and the matter is listed for further hearing on September 14.
