Delhi High Court Seeks Replies in Saurav Das Privacy Suit

He has asked the court to stop the sharing and remove videos and posts.

He is also seeking more than Rs 2 crore in damages.

Das alleges that people connected with The Pamphlet entered his shared home and recorded it without permission.

He also says Abhijit Iyer-Mitra repeated some of the information.

The Delhi High Court has asked the people and platforms named in the case to respond.

X has already removed posts showing Das’ address.

The court will consider the case again on September 14.
