BMW Driver Charged for Deliberate Delay in Medical Aid
A man named Navjot Singh was hit by a speeding BMW car driven by Gaganpreet Makkad.

Makkad took the victims to Nulife Hospital in GTB Nagar, 20 km away, instead of nearby hospitals like AIIMS Trauma Centre.
The court has taken cognizance of the chargesheet and issued summons to the accused for further proceedings on February 2.
