ABVP Detained in Ranchi March Over Jharkhand Exam Irregularities
In the Indian state of Jharkhand, many young people try to get government jobs by taking big exams.
Some students say those exams had problems and were unfair.

Students have been agitating since July 25, demanding a CBI probe into alleged exam irregularities, cancellation of the JSSC-CGL examination, and reforms in JPSC and JSSC recruitment.
BJP leader and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi said the government tried to suppress students with lathi-charges and tear gas, and the BJP called for a statewide bandh in Jharkhand.
JMM MP Mahua Maji accused the BJP of inciting students, saying 98% of their demands were accepted and the CGL matter is in court, outside the government's purview.
