ICE shooting of man in Bronx prompts protests and calls to halt city operations
An ICE officer shot Oscar Belgal in the Bronx, New York City, on Thursday while trying to arrest him.
Belgal, whom officials identified as a 28-year-old man from the Dominican Republic, was hit in the neck and taken to hospital.
