Bryan Johnson Launches Longevity Meals With Tovala
Bryan Johnson has partnered with meal-delivery service Tovala to sell meals based on his Blueprint nutrition standards.
The Longevity Meal line is available starting October 29 and joins Tovala’s weekly menu.
The menu includes Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding, which are always available, plus rotating chef-made entrees.
The meals use lean proteins, healthy fats and nutrient-rich ingredients, and exclude more than 100 ingredients, including dairy and refined sugars.
Most meals offer at least 35 grams of protein and eight grams of fiber, with ingredients planned around specific macronutrient targets.
Tovala customers choose meals for weekly delivery and cook them using a Smart Oven that sets cooking instructions by scanning a QR code.
Meals start at $8.99 per serving, while the oven starts at $69.
