Türkiye’s Fidan thanks Libyan officials over maritime agreement decision

Türkiye’s foreign minister spoke by phone with two Libyan officials on 20 October.

They were Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibeh and Saddam Haftar, deputy commander of the Libyan National Army.

Fidan thanked them over a decision by Libya’s House of Representatives concerning a memorandum between Türkiye and Libya.

The memorandum concerns the boundaries of maritime jurisdiction between the two countries.
