Coupang Fulfillment Services has opened its first regular recruitment for associate-degree graduates in South Korea.
Applications are open until Nov.
8, after the company decided to extend recruitment for its “Logistics Leader START” program.
New hires will work as team captains at fulfillment centers nationwide, managing logistics processes, site safety and staff.
Applicants must be new graduates, have up to three years of work experience, or be due to graduate in February 2027.
The roles are intended to give employees on-site experience and leadership skills, and the company says they may progress to operations management based on their performance and abilities.
Applicants can choose their preferred work area and center, and successful candidates will receive training in the role and site operations.
