Boy from Winterswijk dies after crash in Enschede

A minor boy from Winterswijk has died days after a serious crash in Enschede.

Two cars collided on Haaksbergerstraat at the junction with Keuperweg last Tuesday.

Five people were involved, and the boy was riding in one of the cars.

Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance, while the other three were checked at the scene.

The police are continuing their investigation into what happened.

They will share the final findings with those involved and the Public Prosecution Service.
