Sarah Knafo clashes with Franceinfo hosts over Trappes attack
On 28 October, Reconquête eurodeputy Sarah Knafo clashed with Franceinfo hosts during a radio interview in France.
The hosts asked whether she condemned a racist attack in Trappes in which a 26-year-old man was killed and four others were seriously injured on 23 October.
They referred to Knafo’s posts on X, which they said did not describe the attack as racist.
After repeated questions, Knafo said she had no problem calling it racist.
She accused the interviewers of unfairness and argued that French public media are left-wing, while the hosts challenged her focus on racism against white people.
The exchange also touched on the convictions of Éric Zemmour, who leads Reconquête and has faced convictions for inciting racial hatred.
