Bomberry chocolate-covered frozen fruit recalled over metal contamination

Bomberry has recalled four frozen fruit snacks after metal was found in some products.

The recall covers 150g tubs of chocolate-covered blueberries and raspberries, sold at Woolworths, IGA, Harris Farm, Drakes and other retailers nationwide, as well as online.

All four varieties are affected, with best-before dates up to and including 20 January 2028.

Food Standards Australia New Zealand says the products could cause illness or injury if eaten.

Consumers should not eat the snacks and can return them to where they bought them for a full refund.

Anyone worried about their health should seek medical advice.
