Argis opens 360-unit apart-hotel at Madrid Content City
Argis has opened a 360-unit apart-hotel in Tres Cantos, near Madrid, after investing €35 million.
Called Flipco Content Living, it offers studios and one-bedroom apartments for temporary stays.
The complex is part of Madrid Content City, a business and education hub for the audiovisual industry that includes production facilities and specialist training centres.
The location reflects Argis’s plan to provide temporary housing where work activity creates demand for it.
