Putin-Trump meeting at APEC summit not arranged but remains possible
Russia and the United States have not arranged a meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump at the APEC summit.
A three-way interaction involving Chinese President Xi Jinping is planned, according to Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov.
The focus so far has been on that trilateral contact, Ushakov said.
A separate Putin-Trump encounter remains possible while both leaders are at the summit.
