76ers booed during LeBron James' first home game in Philadelphia

LeBron James made his home debut for the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday night.

The 41-year-old joined the team before the new NBA season, alongside Jaylen Brown, Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid.

Philadelphia had won its season opener against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden earlier in the week.

The 76ers then faced the Cleveland Cavaliers, James' former team and hometown franchise.

Cleveland led by 27 points in the second quarter, and some fans at Xfinity Mobile Arena booed Philadelphia before halftime.

The Cavaliers held a 24-point lead at the break, and the halftime performer was also met with boos; no further outcome is given.
