The 26-year-old influencer and reality personality lives with her partner, Leopold, in a house near Frankfurt, Germany.

Snow is in poor condition and needs care, and a German animal-welfare group is seeking a foster home for him.

Hemmer's followers alerted her to the appeal, and she decided to take him in.

He is due to move in on November 7, and Hemmer hopes to help him recover by the end of the year.

His long-term home is not yet decided: he may stay with Hemmer and Leopold or be placed with another family.

Hemmer has also urged people to look at the group’s account, where other dogs are waiting for foster or permanent homes.
