Di Meo brothers mark 25 years of wine events with gala in Tangier
Generoso and Roberto di Meo marked 25 years of wine events with a gala in Tangier, Morocco.
About 600 guests attended the celebration, held at Moulay Hafid Palace, now the Palace of Italian Institutions.
The brothers began with a wine cellar in Irpinia, southern Italy, and set out to take products from southern Italy around the world.
Their events have since been held in cities including Naples, London, New York and Marrakesh.
At the gala, they presented Cuvée 100 Roberto di Meo, a blend of ten vintages of Fiano di Avellino from 2006 to 2022.
They also launched a calendar called “Mediterranean Dialogues,” created by photographer Massimo Listri, reflecting the cultural links and contrasts between Naples and Tangier.
