Wolfmother, Ball Park Music and Yothu Yindi to Headline Sydney Festival
Wolfmother, Ball Park Music and Yothu Yindi will headline the first Aloha Festival, an all-ages event combining music, surfing and culture.
It will take place at Dee Why Beach in Sydney on March 6, 2027, with Dune Rats, The Terrys, The Beautiful Girls, Mid Drift and The Beefs also on the lineup.
Organizers say the site can hold up to 15,000 people, which could make it the largest music festival held on the Northern Beaches.
Surf films will screen on the main stage between live sets, and community programs will cover ocean safety, First Nations and Hawaiian culture, the environment and mental wellbeing.
The festival will also honor Duke Kahanamoku, who helped introduce surfing to Australia at nearby Freshwater Beach in 1914.
Tickets go on sale October 26, following a presale that begins October 23.

Our community has been rocked in recent times, and we want to create an event where everyone from 5-year-olds to 85-year-olds can come together, connect and share the spirit of Aloha.
