ZDF honours Luna Jordan in her final ‘Jenseits der Spree’ appearance
Luna Jordan appears for the last time in ‘Jenseits der Spree’ in the first episode of the German crime series’ sixth season.
Jordan, who was 25 when she died in May 2026, had played Stella, the daughter of police commissioner Robert Heffler, since the show began in 2021.
ZDF will show a card remembering the actress at the start of the episode, with the words “In loving memory of Luna Jordan.”
The storyline explains Stella’s absence by having her leave for a long trip to South America.
The episode gives viewers a farewell while acknowledging Jordan’s death.
The season opener, titled “Kontrollverlust,” also follows the death of a security guard at Berlin’s Alte Försterei football stadium.
Jordan will also appear in the ZDF series ‘Wake Up’, which is scheduled to start on the streaming service on October 23, 2026, and on ZDFneo on October 28.
